As Chief Business Development Officer, Paul Foreman will be responsible for defining and building strategic partnerships and channel relationships for the company. Foreman is a 30-year veteran of the technology industry and prior to joining TalentGuard, he led Dell’s Enterprise Systems Group as its Vice President.

Chris Wicker joins the TalentGuard team as its Chief Revenue Officer and will lead the company’s revenue and growth strategy. Wicker held the role of Vice President of Sales at Abila as well as sale leadership roles at Affiniscape, CareerBuilder and Monster before joining TalentGuard.
