Triometric commissioned DataArt to help streamline this process as part of its on-going investment in business efficiency and customer service. DataArt developed automatic monitoring and intelligent visualisation for Triometric’s health checking of its XML analytics platform located within customer environments. DataArt specialists created a customised real-time operational dashboard that gives the Triometric customer services team an easy-to-read ‘traffic light’ alert system into an array of performance, availability and capacity indicators.
