Prism Iinformatics Has Successful Blue Print Sign-of At Hayleys Advantis

MUMBAI, India - July 30, 2014 - PRLog -- Prism Informatics Ltd. is pleased to announce the successful execution of the Business Blue Print Sign-Off for Phase 2 at Hayleys Advantis - Sri Lanka’s leading logistics partner. Hayleys Advantis is the Transportation and Logistics arm of the diversified blue-chip conglomerate, Hayleys Group, which has a turnover of more than $500,000,000. Hayleys Advantis is a major subsidiary of the ten sectors within the Hayleys Group.

Hayleys Advantis is comprised of several Transportation, Freight and Logistics companies and Phase 2  involves simultaneous implementations at 19 companies under the Hayleys Advantis sector.

The sign-off of the Business Blue Print marks the beginning of the second phase of the project. Phase 2 of the implementation is expected to bring in $220,000 as revenue for Prism Informatics Ltd., and is expected to be executed within 9 months, including the Go-Live Support. The implementation will include Financial, Controlling and Process Integration modules for the front-end system and SAP.

Upon completion of this implementation, Hayleys Advantis will see a faster financial closing cycle, and with the Balance Sheets and P&L statements visible within the proficient SAP accounting system, the company will also have a consolidated financial management system. This will bring about greater transparency and control throughout the entire organization. It is also expected to ease the process of financial reporting and improve visibility into financial processes.
