Unique in its class, the SBS-700 Oscilloscope has a 10 MHz bandwidth with a 50 MS/s real sampling rate, multiple advanced programmable trigger modes, advanced auto-set functions that automatically catch and display waveform, AC/DC coupling and wide direct input voltage – up to 100V/div in 1,2,5 steps.

The SBS-700 is also a True RMS industrial Graphical Digital Multimeter and data logger with trend capture and analysis. It will quickly capture data with real-time logging and graphing capabilities and can store up to 10,000 readings with recall ability. This allows for the viewing of past or recent readings without having to download the data to a laptop or PC. The large, 50,000 count, 3.5” high-resolution display zooms in on trends to easily view captured data. User-friendly PC integration software is easy to install and includes the USB cable to access real-time PC Connection/Logging or downloading to the software and exporting. An essential feature for digital system development is a Digital Pattern Generator. Digital Pattern in the SBS-700 is automatically displayed on the protocol analyzer screen without connecting with the oscilloscope.

It supports making and storage of up to 8 patterns including information like interval, repetition and idle condition. It also supports 2 channels (TX, RX), baud rate up to 1Mbps, UART, CAN and user-defined pattern format. Finally, it has a monitoring mode that’s supported for watching pattern waveform or data transaction.

The Logic Analyzer allows the user to set up measurements quickly and easily and supports 8 input channels at a sample rate maximum of 50MHz per channel as well as peak detection and time measurements and a trigger mode that supports pattern and duration. The Protocol Analyzer also has a sample rate maximum of 50MHz per channel and peak detection and time measurements. Protocol Analyzer also supports trigger condition setup and speed selection if needed, and trigger modes are CAN, LIN, I2C, UART, USB (low/full speed), I2S, SMBus, SPI, DMX512 and 1-wire supported.

The SBS-700 Digital Graphical Multimeter boasts efficiency measurement and ripple noise measurement as well as the measurement of all power circuit efficiencies, including DC to DC converter and total instrument efficiency readouts. The Dual Mode Measurement (ripple noise measurement) measures ripple noise under 100 kHz and displays the frequency simultaneously. DC voltage and AC voltage measurements display separately from AC+DC measurement function and measures DC voltage and AC voltage in order.
