Watson Realty Corp. Associates Named America’s Best Real Estate Agents

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - July 29, 2014 - PRLog -- REAL Trends recently released their list of “America’s Best Real Estate Agents.” A total of four categories comprise this prestigious list: Individuals by Transaction Sides, Individuals by Volume, Team by Transaction Sides and Team by Volume.

The requirements for individuals to be recognized on the list are a minimum of 50 sides or $20 million and for teams, 75 closed sides or $30 million in closed sales volume.

Of the 332 total agents who made the list in Florida for transaction sides, Watson Realty Corp. had 29 sales associates recognized. In terms of closed volume, Watson Realty Corp. had 6 sales associates awarded out of 162, and two teams out of a total of 172 teams.

Kyle Passkiewicz of the Watson Realty Corp. Intracoastal office ranked number one in Florida for transaction sides. Passkiewicz’s transaction sides totaled over 609.65 and valued $75 million in 2013; allowing him to set a first-ever company record. In terms of transaction volume he ranked 15^th in the entire state.

Debbie Shagnea from the Mandarin South office, the company’s second highest producer in 2013, ranked 34^th for sales volume and 24^th on the list for transaction sides. Shagnea closed $50.1 million in sales with transaction sides totaling 155.25.

“I never think my customers notice this type of recognition, but you would be surprised how many actually do their homework before selecting a real estate professional and mention it when they make their first contact to enlist me as their agent,” said Shagnea.

The Gachet-Crum Team of the St. Augustine Beach office was the highest producer in the company’s North Central region and ranked 89^th on the Top Team by Sides category, closing a total of 106.35 sides.
