From Israeli Army to Miami Tech

The boutique agency was founded by Matti Marshak and Avi Cohen in 2009, just months after being released from the Israeli Army. Having excelled in IT solutions for the Israeli Army, Matti and Avi naturally moved to the technology industry when starting their company in Miami. “I sat down with Avi one day and just said ‘What can we do to help small business owners make money?’ and then Pacific was born” says Marshak. “We wanted to help business owners by creating something completely unique to give them a strategic advantage over their competition. That’s our philosophy.”
