Chris Hill is the Founder and CEO of Spotlite. Spotlite offers a benefits enrollment and communication technology designed to simplify the delivery of employee benefits. Before founding Spotlite in 2006, originally doing business under the brand PerkSpot, Chris worked in private equity and investment banking. Chris is active in the Chicago entrepreneur community and serves on the board of Griffith Tutoring, a non-profit tutoring group preparing at-risk Chicago high school students for the ACT college entrance exam.
