Eilam Levin Appointed Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Customers at BlazeMeter

SAN FRANCISCO - July 28, 2014 - PRLog -- BlazeMeter, provider of the JMeter-based performance testing cloud, today announced that Eilam Levin has been appointed vice president of business development and strategic customers. In his new role, Levin will manage BlazeMeter's global partnerships and customer relationships across North America, working from the company's new headquarters in San Francisco.

Levin will play a key role in helping BlazeMeter further develop its global partnerships, including recent ones with IBM, New Relic and CloudBees, among others. Levin will lead these initiatives while developing new business opportunities for the company in the U.S.

Previously, Levin served as senior sales director of data center security at McAfee’ ATG division where he helped grow sales of data center security products by 300 percent. Before that, he was the vice president of sales and distribution channels in North America at Sentrigo, leading a team of inside sales, field sales and sales-engineers. Sentrigo was acquired by McAfee in 2011. In his former positions, Levin successfully grew strategic account sales by 400 percent.

Levin holds a BA in Law from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
