The young man, in fact the youngest in the competition, studies Art in Zaragoza, and has learned how to cook “gluten free” as he is from a family of celiacs. Clearly he overcomes any restrictions this may place on a chef with ease, and Wok Diet is hopeful that Mateo will invent some fantastic dishes that can be made by Slim Pasta consumers.
Initial discussions indicate that the video channel will be live in the very near future.
