The surgery will take place in New York City the week of July 28.
This is not the first time Dello Russo Laser Vision performs gratis service for people with physical challenges interfering with glasses and contact lenses. In the past Drs. Joseph and Jeffrey Dello Russo gave the visual freedom to two patients who were severely disabled with quadriplegia.
