Hamilton Honda Sponsors Villa Victoria Academy’s Hole-in-One Contest

July 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Hamilton Honda continued its summer sponsorship of community golf events by supporting Villa Victoria Academy’s recent golf event. In addition to the sponsorship, the dealership provided a 2014 Honda Pilot as the grand prize of the all-girl school’s 2014 Hole-In-One contest.

None of the 70 golfers in attendance hit a hole-in-one, but they still enjoyed a full day of fun at Trenton Country Club while raising funds for Villa Victoria Academy’s academic program and scholarships.

“Everything went well … It seemed that everyone had fun,” said Sister Lesley Draper, principal at Villa Victoria Academy. “Obviously, no one won the hole-in-one, but we are grateful to Hamilton Honda for sponsoring us and allowing us to use the car for the contest.”

This the fourth year Hamilton Honda has supported Villa Victoria’s event, which began with registration and lunch on the patio before a Shotgun Start at noon. Later in the day, supporters celebrated at a dinner reception during a silent auction of several items.

Earlier this summer, Hamilton Honda served as the primary sponsor for the 27th annual Notre Dame Golf Classic. The event, which was also held at Trenton Country Club, raised over $46,000 for the school’s tuition assistance fund. The dealership also served as the primary sponsor for the 2014 Golf Outing for Ryan’s Quest, which also featured an appearance from former New York Giants Jessie Armstead and Antonio Pierce. The annual golf event raised funds for Duchenne muscular dystrophy research.
