General Manager Laurie Kendrick said the restaurant will also feature vegan selections as specials on its monthly anniversary menus, which benefit locally based charities. Kendrick previewed some of the vegan menu items at Paul Graham and Mindy Tatti's "Las Vegan Eatz Events" dinner on Thursday, July 24, 2014.
