India tourism developments inspire the US travelers to book cheap flight tickets to India

The trail of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Delhi and Agra is known for heritage tourism in India. This northwest heritage region of India receives lakhs of foreign arrivals every year. The Government of Rajasthan has proposed to promote heritage tourism by reducing luxury tax from 14% to 5%. As a result, accommodation at heritage properties and hotels has become cheap. Heritage lovers in the United States have already stared booking cheap flights to Rajasthan for Indian holidays in winter.

Most foreign tourists take fancy to traveling by trains while in India. The move by Indian Railways to develop 10 major stations in compliance with international standards has hit the travel industry news. Enhancement of travelers’ comfort and convenience is the main purpose of this India tourism development plan. In addition to this, the initiative to introduce high speed bullet trains in the most popular tourist zones is under development. Kerala tourism has recently launched “She Taxi” to ensure security of women travelers and tourists from all over India and abroad. “She Taxi” is a women-only cab service provided by women drivers. The taxis are equipped with GPS devices and LCD screens. Kerala tourism is all set to fetch women backpackers for solo travel in India.
