Marsha Mozammel wins hearing on behalf of former employee

NEW YORK - July 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Attorney Marsha Mozammel, an associate of the law firm Imbesi Christensen, successfully represented a former employee of Yolande Nicholson PC ("Yolande").

The Honorable Garfield Willis issued an award in favor of the firm's client after an in-person hearing was conducted.  The decision overruled Yolande's request to stop payment of benefits to the firm's client.

Specifically, the decision set forth the following:

DECISION: Based upon review of the record and evidence herein...the employer's application to reopen the decision ... is denied."

Judge Willis determined that Ms. Mozammel successfully proved that the employer's objection should be denied.
