We are forwarding the following documents in support thereof the Environmental Complaints filed with Cal/EPA, marked as Exhibits and/or otherwise marked, for all intensive purposes, and incorporated herein for reference. We are enclosing herein the Mailing List for your reference.

We are aware of your delegated authority in regards to various tasks execution, as   Acting Chair of the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ).

You may be aware of the very high profile case that is lingering for decades, never resolved, the People of Hinkley, California vs. Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). (Long before you served in Washington, D.C. as the Environmental and Natural Resources Advisor to the Governor of California, representing the Governor, his cabinet and the state before Congress and the Federal government).

Many prior filed with Cal/EPA environmental complaints were set aside, and now these, recently filed, will remain indefinitely active, until satisfactory resolved.

Just and Proper must be served.
