Dr. Cheryl Hill – Guest Speaker at Bright Girls Shine!

WASHINGTON - July 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Dr. Cheryl Hill will be a keynote speaker at the Bright Girls Shine Gala and Cocktail to be held on Saturday August 2^nd, 2014 at Fraser Mansion (1701 20^th Street NW) in Washington, DC.

Hosted by the Bright Foundation, the special evening honors women in the community who have triumphed in Faith, health, business and fashion.  In honor of these accomplishments, Dr. Hill will deliver a special speech geared towards using faith to propel objectives, and continuing the momentum the distinguished women have built through their accomplishments.

In preparation for the prestigious event, Dr. Hill says, “I am proud of these ladies and their accomplishments.  Some have had to overcome tough situations, which makes the gala on August 2^nd all the more special!”  The Bright Foundation is a non-profit organization embedded within the heart of mentorship, empowerment and meeting people at the point of their need.

Combining her formal education in Divinity (Dr. Hill has a PhD in this study), with her former position as the Director for Faith Based and Community Initiatives - Maryland Governor's Office of Community Initiatives, Dr. Hill shares successful business practices with the greater community who desire to expand their business beyond traditional boarders.

Dr. Hill has held a series of workshops connecting faith based leaders with practical tools and resources as well as opportunities available through various levels of Government, and through collaborative initiatives nationally and internationally.  Having liased with heads of state including His Excellency, President Macky Sall, His Excellency, Governor Liyel Imoke, work with President Bush's White House Office of Faith and Community Initiatives as well as Governor Martin O'Malley.  Dr. Hill has a distinct understanding of policy, transparency and protocol which she shares to aid leaders moving forward.

With a focus on meeting the needs of faith based business leaders, established and upcoming, Dr. Cheryl Hill’s unique speeches are designed to engage decision makers with practical tools, and access to resources which will allow for an expansion in business.  Dr. Hill also delivers keynote addresses regarding Women in the Workplace, Working with Integrity, and being Leaders of Significance.  She has travelled across the U.S. and internationally.
