Roll up, roll up for a summer of scary Carnivàle fun at The York Dungeon

YORK, U.K. - July 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, if you’re looking for day out with a difference this summer then step right up to The York Dungeon as it presents Carnivàle, an interactive sideshow guaranteed to deliver showmanship and plenty of scary fun.

From Friday 25^th July to Monday 1^st September, visitors will be able to experience the darkly entertaining talents of Ringmaster Walter and his wife, Madame Caroline, as well as be encouraged to have a go on The Wheel of Misfortune – if they dare!

Ringmaster Walter will put on a real show for visitors with his mind-reading skills and singing ability that adds to his colourful repertoire.

Once inside the Dungeon, experience the sensational spectacle of the discombobulating Hall of Mirrors and meet the amazing strongest man in the Execution Show who you might not want to get too close to during the 80-minute journey through 2,000 years of York’s dark history.

“The concept derives from Pablo Fanque’s Circus, which was an iconic attraction during the Victorian era when it toured England, Yorkshire in particular, so it’s great that we can bring elements of it back to the county.

“We guarantee our summer sideshow will amaze and astound and like all our shows, it’s a truly interactive experience complete with tricks, juggling and singing. We do advise visitors to pay close attention to their watches though, we can’t guarantee Ringmaster Walter’s trustworthiness…”
