Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel is Accepting Registrations for Fall Education Programs

Enrollment is now Open for Community Early Childhood Program, Religious School and new After-Care Program at South Orange Synagogue

July 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel (http://www.tsti.org/) (TSTI) in South Orange, a leader in Jewish education and early childhood programming, is now accepting applications for fall 2014. The Reform synagogue's education department offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of its diverse students and their different learning styles. In addition to preschool and religious school for students in grades 2-7, there are several new programs being introduced this fall for younger children. The Iris Family Center for Early Childhood Education is a community preschool open to all area families that serves youngsters ages 2-5 in an inclusive setting that promotes individuality, creativity and social skills. In addition to its regular preschool curriculum, the school also offers an innovative half-day Explorers Pre-K program, an afternoon enrichment program as well as early drop off and longer day options. The Linda & Rudy Slucker Religious School offers a comprehensive Reform Jewish education for students in grades K-12. Post b'nai mitzvah instruction is available in Hebrew High for grades 8-12 (open to non-members as well). New for 2014-2015, children in kindergarten through second grade (including non-members) may enroll in a Monday afternoon session. Aftercare Program - This new program will be offered Monday through Thursday from 3-6pm and is open to children entering grades K-2 in the fall.
