PHR Construction Completes Fairfield Inn Gurnee Lobby & Guest Room Renovation

GURNEE, Ill. - July 22, 2014 - PRLog -- PHR Construction, a full service company specializing in renovation, repositioning and new construction projects, is pleased to announce the completion of a two-phase renovation to the 3-floor, 62-room Fairfield Inn Chicago-Gurnee. The project is situated in a prime location near Gurnee Mills Outlet Mall, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor and the Great Lakes Naval Base.

The renovation began in June 2012 and included updating all of the hotel’s guest suites with the Fairfield Inn Green Tea Package – new carpet, drapes, artwork, lighting, paint and vinyl wall coverings in the corridors. The second phase of the renovation, which started in November 2013, involved updates to the lobby, front desk, breakfast area, Corner Market and Connect & Print center, utilizing Fairfield’s Perspectives décor package. In addition, the exterior of the hotel received a fresh coat of paint.
