Ninti Elbey worked with a visionary team to find lots to build on in the City of Detroit, the team started an apprenticeship program to teach inner city young men construction & masonry skills. The team went abroad to work on economic development projects in the Dominican Republic. The Reddiwall team headed by patent holder and developer Bob Martin.
