About Dubai School Inspection Bureau DSIB and quality standard assessment are toward improving the attainment of students against international assessments, in line with the "National Agenda" announced at the beginning of 2014 by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid. It's been another year for Dubai private schools to work hard toward enhancements and adaptation of KHDA standards.  KHDA fees and performance The KHDA received and processed applications from 135 schools requesting a raise in tuition fees. In late 2013, the KHDA reported: "The proportion of students attending good and outstanding schools in Dubai has risen from 30% to 49%, an increase of 19 percentage points since 2008, according to the latest school inspection results released by Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). A total of 108,098 children are now enrolled at these schools, accounting for almost half of Dubai’s private school students."  Improvements in Dubai private schools Reports and infographics show a noticeable improvements in private school performance. Other quality scores among schools also witnessed increases like leadership, assessment, self-evaluation, and partnerships with the community and parents. “In the past five years we’ve seen a huge increase in the number of students attending good and outstanding schools,” said DSIB chief Jameela Al Muhairi. “We’ve witnessed improvements within the schools, which shows education professionals are taking our recommendations seriously.
