Chris Cormier's Become A Legend Training Tour Launches in Vegas before the USA
Chris “Real Deal” Cormier, a former USA overall title winner who went on to participate internationally in over 75 pro competitions, taking the overall title in eleven and placing in the top 5 an astounding fifty-five times is now on a new journey to train the next generation of fitness champions.

Each event offers both individual posing and workout sessions and affordable group classes to help current competitors and those just starting out to learn proper workout and posing techniques that can help them standout on stage. According to Cormier, “Among the most influential experiences in my professional career were the many hours I spent with Joe Weider, the Father of modern-day body building, learning about the body and stage presence. From my earliest days of competition, I wanted to master the art of posing because I knew it would allow me to present myself amongst the world’s best competitors and be successful".
Cormier has hand-pick his team of IFBB professional athletes from among the best in the industry. Pros for next week’s event are: Lisette Howard (Bikini), Sherlyn Roy (Figure), and Jeremy Buendia (Physique). Each will run a group posing class.
According to Flex magazine (March 2014), “Many men with even better skeletons have obliterated their shape with hastily added mass, The Real Deal never did, mostly because he was always conscience of where to add and where to subtract…he earned his X shape the old-fashioned way, in the gym.” Cormier is now turning his keen eye on others.
