I will be personally donating $5 for every new participant that shows up. The workout is FREE but donations for the cause are encouraged.
I will be raffling off “3 1hr Personal Training Sessions with Killa Candise” AND “1 Month Free Boot Camp” will be given to the participant who brings the most “friends”! Other prizes and purchases will also be available.
“The goal for Boot Camp for a Cause Series is to raise both funds & awareness for the charities mentioned above. Earlier this year I lost my Grandmother to a sudden cardiac death . My grandmother seemed to be the picture of health so it rocked my families world when we were told that she had a heart attack. In the weeks following her passing we found out that there had in fact been a few overlooked signs. So I think its important to make people more aware of the untraditional signs specifically for women & the elderly. Therefore, I chose the American Heart Association as my charity of choice.
I then reached out to my clients to see which charities meant the most to them. I figured the least I can do is to donate my time to help out and also encourage others to donate. By participating in this boot camp not only are they doing something healthy for themselves but they are helping others. ,” says Candise Jordan, Body Transformation Expert and Owner of Total Wellness.

We fuse Cardio Kickboxing, Traditional Boot Camp Strength Training and High Intensity Interval Training with Plyometric exercises all with a focus on core training perfect for burning fat & building muscle. It is the quickest way to get fit, lose fat and increase sports performance.
All fitness levels welcome!!! Participants should be 14years or older. Participants will need to bring a mat.
