The seminar will include an energy specialist from SMUD (Sacramento Municipal Utility District) and the new homes representative for SunPower, Lennar’s solar system provider, who will carry the presentation on the benefits of solar, followed by a Q&A session.
“We will explain how cost effective and beneficial Lennar’s new solar homes,” said Laura Stickelman, Sales Manager for Lennar Sacramento. “Attendees will be taken through a step-by-step process so that buyers feel more informed when making their purchase decision.”
Homeshoppers can tour the beautiful model homes during the event. The Reserve and Cypress Point at Kavala Ranch offer a more traditional neighborhood setting with homes ranging from 1,794 to 3,105 square feet of living space, including the first and only single-story Next Gen® – Home Within A Home® floorplan by Lennar to be offered in the region. This plan is a spacious 2,935 square foot home that features a private living suite with either one or two bedrooms, perfect for those looking for a great multigenerational floorplan. This home allows extended family to live all together in one home – except with private and separate living spaces.
Guests will also notice a high level of exceptional features included such as granite slab countertops, upgraded cabinetry and gourmet stainless steel appliances.
