July 16, 2014 - PRLog -- The Brooklyn DWI case of People v. R.D. was unique. The client had been struck by another vehicle in an accident that was not his fault. The police officer on these scene jumped to the conclusion that he was intoxicated and arrested him. The client was arrested for DWI in Brooklyn. "After an investigation, we were able to show that the police officer was very inexperienced and all DWI charges against our client have been dropped." Mr. Discioarro said.

He added that the breathalyzer machines that the NYPD use are often out of calibration and innocent people are being forced to take criminal records. The machines do not take weight, height, or how many beers he had into consideration.
