Prospective candidates will be able to meet Owner Zack Sklar and Executive Chef Dan Campbell, who will be conducting interviews both days. They are looking to hire individuals on-site for immediate openings in a range of duties.

There are approximately 150 open positions, with about 75 front-of-house and 75 back-of-house opportunities available. Sklar and Campbell are seeking talented, hard-working and creative employees.
In March, Sklar announced the purchase of Beau Jack’s at 4108 W. Maple in Bloomfield Hills. Beau Jack’s closed on March 31 and construction began April 1 in preparation for the August opening of Beau’s.
The menu concept will continue to express Sklar’s exploration of American cuisine. Featuring great classic entrees like Rotisserie Prime Rib, BBQ Chicken and Cedar Plank Salmon, the array of sides will allow guests to create their own adventure in dining with a variety of rotating sides, including Quinoa Fried Rice, Loaded Baked Sweet Potato with Spiced Greek Yogurt, Johnny Cakes or Fried Green Tomatoes.
Ron Rea has been tapped for the interior remodel and has been working closely with Sklar to create his vision. While the dining experience will be casual, the interior will be traditional with the atmosphere of a high-end hotel featuring large tufted leathers sofas and coiffured ceiling treatments.
Extremely involved in all aspects of the company, Sklar is hands-on in developing menus, designing restaurant spaces and overseeing management and culinary staff, all to ensure a superlative dining experience for his guests.
