Pacific Chorale Names Snell & Wilmer Partner Rick McNeil as Chairman of the Board

 
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - July 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Orange County partner Rick McNeil has been elected byPacific Chorale, the 46-year-old choir of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, as the new Chairman of their Board of Directors.

Pacific Chorale presents a substantial performance season of its own at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Orange County, California, and is sought regularly to perform with the nation’s leading symphonies. McNeil has over 25 years of experience representing businesses in the defense, aerospace, chemical, energy, waste disposal, manufacturing, food processing, printing, dry cleaning, real estate development and other industries against environmental claims. He has litigated environmental cost recovery (including CERCLA), CEQA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA and state common law actions, as well as toxic tort cases, environmental insurance actions and environmental criminal matters. McNeil has defended parties in cases involving federal Superfund sites, groundwater contamination, product liability and Proposition 65. He also counsels clients in air quality, energy, climate change, water quality and hazardous waste compliance.
