22nd Annual Medical Mutual Cleveland Walk for Wishes® Slated for Saturday

CLEVELAND - July 16, 2014 - PRLog -- (CLEVELAND, OH) — Make-A-Wish^® will host the 22^nd Annual Medical Mutual Cleveland Walk For Wishes^® this Saturday, July, 19, 2014 at Cleveland MetroParks Zoo; registration starts at 7:30 a.m.

Honorary wish kid Maxwell and his family will help kick off Walk For Wishes. Four-year-old Maxwell is battling spinal muscular atrophy, a life-threatening condition of the nervous system. Maxwell had his wish granted to go to Walt Disney World^® Resort.

Walk For Wishes^® is a family-friendly, community walk that raises funds to grant the wishes of children battling life-threatening medical conditions. Make-A-Wish hopes to raise more than $210,000 to make the wishes of northeast Ohio children like Maxwell come true.
