Five Star Spokane Group Celebrates 3 Years Of Foreclosure Tours

SPOKANE, Wash. - July 16, 2014 - PRLog -- June 2014 marked the third anniversary of Spokane Foreclosure Tours being offered by Cindy Carrigan and Doc Nicolson. Carrigan and Nicolson have been selling foreclosed properties in Spokane since 2001 and wanted to offer the public opportunities to view and purchase foreclosed properties. On the tour, buyers learn how to successfully maneuver the REO system. Foreclosed properties can often be purchased at up to 30% under market values.
