PRLog - Jul. 15, 2014 - SEATTLE -- The leather-bound, soft-cover Big Book of Visual Puzzles has an arresting graphic: an eye inside a large letter Q. eye-Q. This is an appropirate symbol for a collection of pen and paper puzzles that are meant to appeal to the eye at the same time that they are meant to challenge the visual intelligence. A campaign to fund the publication of the 200+ page book has been launched on Kickstarter. It will run until August 13. The result of the campaign will determine whether the book sees print.
Over 14 different types of visual puzzles are included in this book collection.
The book includes over 14 different puzzle types. It offers a variety of challenges that range from pattern recognition to visual recall. All the puzzles have been created by one artist, Maciek Jozefowicz, and all are either original inventions, like the Pattern Square, or original re-inventions, like the Visual Sudoku.
In addition to the two puzzles already mentioned, the book includes the following puzzle games: Building Blocks, Connect the Dots by Breakig the Line, PlusMinus, Pattern Search, What's Different, DeStijl Squared, Lover's Duel, Skritches Squared, Maze Square, Crossing, Daedalus Treasure, Architecting and Remembro.
