In 2010, he became the director of investments for Colorado and now has the additional responsibility of managing the Stratford investments in North Texas. Cooper has been active in the real estate industry for more than 16 years with experience in brokerage, property management, lending and investments. Prior to joining Stratford, he served as vice president with First Horizon Bank and SouthTrust Bank. Subsequent to entering the financial services industry, he served as vice president within the brokerage division of the Woodmont Company, a Texas-based commercial real estate firm specializing in retail development, asset management, tenant representation, brokerage and investment sales. Cooper received a B.B.A. degree from the University of North Texas with an emphasis in real estate and finance.
