Hilliker Corporation Finds New Home For Family Business

ST. LOUIS - July 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Hilliker Corporation assisted a nearly 40-year-old family business find a new location that is more than double their current space with further plans to expand by early 2015.

Affton Radiator and A/C Service recently purchased a 27-year-old building at 2526 Cassens Dr. for $854,000.  The company plans to renovate the new 9,000-square-foot property and add 6,600-square-feet by Jan., 2015 to accommodate more floor space and inventory storage.  The family-owned and operated business specializes in repair work for radiators, heat exchangers, DPF cleaning, and air-conditioning service for heavy equipment, industrial and motor vehicles.  Affton Radiator and A/C Service is currently located at 7872 Watson Rd. in a 4,000-square-foot building where they have operated since 1984.
