Two key appointments for Belvoir’s Central Office

New team members give boost to Belvoir recruitment and the latest office refits
 
July 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Belvoir would like to announce the appointment of new Recruitment Manager Andrew Smith and new Premises Coordinator Martin Bunney, both of whom recently joined the company’s Central Office team based in Grantham.

Andrew is passionate about the business opportunity that Belvoir represents and will be driving the recruitment of new franchise owners. Having previously been a residential property sales franchisee and with a background in property, he brings extensive experience to the group.

“I am looking forward to joining the team at Belvoir and helping to take the business forward,” says Andrew. “We are planning new strategies which will see us making the Belvoir Business Opportunity available to many more people.

In addition to Andrew’s appointment, the team at Central Office have also welcomed on board new Premises Coordinator Martin Bunney who will be overseeing the office refits across the expanding network. He is also looking forward to being part of Belvoir’s exciting new phase of growth.

“I am here to help existing franchise owners make the transition to the new brand and I am committed to helping them carry out the refit with the least disruption and cost,” says Martin.

“Those franchise owners who have completed the rebranding are all really pleased with the results and have said that it has helped to improve their business.”

Martin has vast experience in property development, interior design and office refits, and has already signed off his first new Belvoir office in Ashton.

“Prior to joining Belvoir I had my own interior design and refit business for seven years,” says Martin.

“I also have a background in sales and marketing and am very aware of how important the brand is in helping people to grow their business.

“I signed the Belvoir Ashton office off in May and whilst I was there people were walking in off the street to see the new branding and compliment the team on how good the office looks.”
