-- SECUDE, an innovative data security provider specializing in SAP security, announced today it has released the 2.0 version of its flagship security software. Halocore for SAP NetWeaver (http://www.secude.com/
is a technology that protects unstructured data leaving SAP against loss, leakage, and theft by enforcing protection on the data/documents themselves. The latest release supports Microsoft’s Azure cloud offerings for Rights Management and is designed to give SAP users superior security for sharing documents on premise, in the cloud, and across mobile devices.
“Over half of Fortune 500 companies (http://www.microsoft.com/

Integrating our flagship technology into this platform is an opportunity for us to bring the power of the latest cloud technology to SAP users around the world,” said Michael Kummer, President Americas, SECUDE. “Microsoft continues to enhance the Azure infrastructure, providing customers with more features. Capitalizing on the unique strengths of Azure Rights Management (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj585026.aspx
) (Azure RMS), we are excited to offer SAP clients a powerful security solution that allows business owners to stay in control of their information even when it is shared with other people,” Kummer added.
Azure RMS provides software as a service (SaaS) for rights protecting and consuming content. Implementing a cloud-based Rights Management service running on Azure helps provide an alternative to a full on premise deployment. Compared to a classic on premise infrastructure, such a system is seamlessly enabled with no additional administrator installation or deployments required.
By leveraging the technology, Halocore helps SAP users protect their organizations’
sensitive data from unauthorized access and control how this information is used. Halocore is tightly integrated with SAP applications and uses encryption, identity, and authorization policies to secure documents. In addition, the software offers rich auditing and reporting capabilities. Addressing the ever-changing compliance requirements, Halocore allows for a complete audit trail, enabling compliance to various laws and regulations.About SECUDE -
