San Diego-Based Trigild Names New Hospitality Asset Manager

SAN DIEGO - July 14, 2014 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO (July 14, 2014) Concentrating on expanding its hospitality portfolio, Trigild – a San Diego-based real estate firm specializing in property/asset management and fiduciary services – has appointed Jeff Santoni as its hospitality asset manager.

Working closely with Trigild’s corporate offices as well as onsite hotel property management teams, Santoni is charged with driving operational performances and achieving sales results at all Trigild hotel properties – working to maximize each asset’s value. Additionally Santoni will review and analyze key data, including operating budgets, competitive markets, sales, site inspections, guest satisfaction and performance.

This varied experience will be invaluable as we continue to concentrate on the growth of our hospitality management division.”

Santoni most recently worked as a consultant, providing expertise in the areas of strategic planning, financial analysis and modeling price and revenue optimization, sales operations, CRM and invoicing technology. Prior to this, he was with Marriott Vacations Worldwide for five years, where he worked as a senior asset manager for the Western and Hawaii regions, managing the day-to-day operations and project execution for 16 resorts. He was also a senior pricing manager with Experian and a corporate internal auditor for Citifinance.

A resident of Laguna Niguel, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York, Binghamton.
