Attorney Herb McMillan Joins the Orlando Auto Justice Law Firm of Michael T. Gibson, P.A

McMillan is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance dispute litigation and personal injury law. He graduated from Howard University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and received his law degree from University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, FL.  During law school, McMillan was an active and honorary member on the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Team.   He also served as an instructor at the Frederick Douglas Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining the Law Firm of Michael T. Gibson, P.A., Herb had his own legal practice representing businesses and physicians in insurance disputes.
