A hearty send-off to last year students of DPGITM’s Students

GURGAON, India - July 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Students of DPGITM were overwhelmed at the Farewell Party organized at DPGITM – Engineering College.  All eyes wet with emotions, memories of campus life were felt among the students. The campus was echoing with songs like Hum rahein ya na rahein kal, yaad aayenge ye pal. The programme started with the warm speech by Rajendra Gahlot. At the occasion Vice-president Deepak Gahlot, Principal J. S. Mahanwal, faculty members and students were present.

Rajendra Gahlot said “It was a wonderful time spent with you all. You all have made us and your parents proud. Keep up the good name and do excellent in your future. The world out will be tougher than your expectations. Use all the training and exposure which you have received and excel out in the best way.”

Deepak Gahlot said whished all the students for their future and said that in any phase of life, if any guidance or support is needed, the college will always be there for them.

The event was very colourful and made everyone rejoice. Songs based on the student’s life, mimicry of teachers and principal made every one laugh. There were hit dance numbers and various games which entertained all. One of the most loved performances was a poem recitation by Sonam-3^rd year. The group dance by representing the culture of Haryana made everyone tap their toes. The Gangnam Style group dance by the boys was also a big hit among the seniors. All in all the seniors loved the farewell given to them and appreciated the whole-hearted efforts of their juniors. At the end Deepak Gahlot thanked all.
