A New Planbox Extension To Improve Estimations And Performance Of Project Developments Is Available

CALI, Colombia - July 10, 2014 - PRLog -- TimeChart, a web application to analyze and improve performance in project developments is integrated now with Planbox. This tool has been developed by Webilop, a startup-company located in Cali, Colombia, and it was released on beta mode with support only to Teamwork recently.

It doesn't matter the kind of project you are doing, in planning phase you create an estimate of time, workload and costs to complete the project. The problem is that in several cases the estimations are not accurate to the real performance. Lot of projects are completed with cost overruns and delays on deliveries or require more workload to finish them close to deadlines. Webilop's team is creating TimeChart, a tool to analyze past performance and improve future planning and estimations on projects. This Project Management System extension is integrated at the moment only with Teamwork and Planbox systems.


TimeChart provides a set of time reports to analyze the performance of past projects and projects in progress. The reports has multiple charts that help you to understand in which tasks time and workload has been spent on. With the statistical data offered by the reports, you can create better estimations of time and workload to next tasks and future projects. The current beta version of TimeChart offer 4 different reports to review the performance on ongoing and past projects, the Webilop's team are working to add more features and reports to this tool.
