Legislative Intent Service, Inc. Offers Free MCLE Exam on Public Records Act

The free exam, which is available 24/7, covers the history leading up to the 1968 California Public Records Act, as well as the 1968 legislation itself.

This newly-approved MCLE exam has been approved for one hour of MCLE credit by the State Bar of California. Legislative Intent Service, Inc. grades the exam, then sends back the participant's certificate within one week's time, allowing clients to receive their credit in a timely manner.

By offering an exam that discusses the 1968 California Public Records Act, Legislative Intent Service, Inc. hopes to show attorneys the value of available, legislative history materials, which they can use for their research into legislative intent.
