John Paul Alvarez for State Representative District 100 Campaign Adds Veteran Consultant

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. - July 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Demonstrating the excitement and energy of its people-powered grassroots campaign, longtime Texas political consultant Johnny Peden has left the Lone Star State to come help the John Paul Alvarez for State Representative team make history in the Sunshine State. Drawn by the prospect of helping elect a dynamic progressive Democrat to the Republican-dominated Florida Legislature -- and electing the first-ever Hispanic and openly gay legislator from Broward County -- Peden brings with him more than 30 years of political campaign wisdom and savvy.

From congressional, to state legislative, to municipal, to judicial elections, Peden has done it all working on dozens of winning campaigns, including the historic election of Annise Parker as the first-ever openly lesbian mayor (now in her third consecutive term) of Houston, Texas. Peden is enervated at the idea of making history again here in Florida, with John Paul Alvarez:
