Joe personally forges deep relationships with local suppliers on the Island and has a strict routine of not buying any produce until the production process has been overseen. This means everything from locally grown vegetable to hand reared rare breed pork, Joe gets involved at every stage to ensure quality and consistency in the end product. All of the Hampshire Hotel menus are written around the seasons and what the beautiful island has to offer at that specific time of year. This demonstrates the incredibly high standard of attention to detail before any ingredient is bought into the famous kitchen.

The Hampshire Hotel is experienced in providing catering for large parties as the hotel consistently offers a broad selection of function menus, ranging in price and selection for guests to choose from. Joe always take into consideration the guests’ needs, intolerances and allergies to provide the best function or event possible to best suit all guests and their needs.

The major enhancement to the Restaurant is the terrace, where guests enjoy the outside seating when the sun is shining, whilst being treated with free table service from the waiters. A wide selection of wines and drinks are available at all times, perfect when enjoying a freshly prepared buffet.
