Jesus People Church Productions Presents The Charity Hair Show and Fashion Show

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - July 9, 2014 - PRLog -- This charity hair show and fashion show is being held to benefit the children at St Jude and Le Bonheur Children Hospitals.  Admission for the event is free. We are asking attendees to bring one unopened (for health reasons) new toy per person – please - no stuffed animals or breakable toys. All toys will be donated to the children at both hospitals.

Jesus People Church wants to highlight the miraculous work being done for children at St Jude and Le Bonheur and the Charity Hair Show and Fashion Show at the Memphis Botanic Gardens is a great way to bring more attention to that work and bring joy to the hospitalized children.

This event is the brainchild of Pastor Gerald Kiner. It was in his heart to bless the kids at St. Jude and LeBonheur because in his words “The local community doesn’t appear to do enough to support our too often forgotten children fighting life threatening illnesses at St. Jude and LeBonheur. Unfortunately, waiting to do something for them in December may be too late for many of the kids. So why not bring the Christmas spirit into August?  It’s time for the Memphis community to embrace our hurting children year round and not just seasonal.”
