Paulo Camara, head of digital at CI&T, says that over the next few years the financial and retail sectors will need to reinvent themselves in order to increase their presence in new digital channels., especially in mobility. "Kony will add a level of productivity and control, which will help us to accelerate development of mobile multi-platform solutions. CI&T is a company with a broad set of skills and sees mobility as essential for an end-to-end strategy" highlighted Camara.
According to Camara, the current market's solutions are too fragmented to meet the different needs of an enterprise mobility strategy. "In addition to having a set of mobile application development tools, enterprises require an integrated platform that enables application integration to any back-end system, a robust analytics and reporting dashboard and comprehensive mobile device and application management. We partnered with Kony to deliver an integrated solution that will empower enterprises to quickly define, design, build, test, deploy and manage multi-channel app experiences."
"The CI&T and Kony partnership is a global one. In Latin America, especially in Brazil, we seek to build customer value proposition for multiple industry sectors. Along with Kony, we will provide complete solutions, particularly to the financial sector, which will generate higher demands", stated Mauro Oliveira, vice president of business development for Latin America at CI&T. "The financial market is one of the most demanding for secure, mobile applications. Moreover, Kony has exclusive features to deliver the robust layer of analytics resources this segment requires."
Oliveira emphasized that about two years ago companies did not consider enterprise mobility as a high priority. "Today, enterprises realize the real need for a more organized mobility strategy that supports business processes on any mobile platform, whether they're legacy or not," Also according to Oliveira, CI&T has been heavily investing in the financial sector, offering a portfolio of solutions and platforms capable of providing quick transformation and expansion for banks and financial institutions' businesses.
