INTERCHANGE is an annual event focused on leadership, membership and cutting edge issues relevant to technologists. The agenda for this years event features Executive Leadership Consultant and FranklinCovey speaker, Mr. Harvey Young.  The agenda includes industry exchange sessions by leading suppliers, an executive workshop session and breakout sessions for the service leadership attendees focusing on “How Service Delivery Teams work with Sales & Impact the Top Line”.

INTERCHANGE 2014 will open on Wednesday evening, November 5th and continue through midday on Friday, November 7th at the Wyndham Grande Rio Mar Resort in beautiful Puerto Rico.  “We selected this tropical environment for our attendees this year to not only provide them with a dynamic agenda and educational content, but a location for relaxation and casual networking with other attendees.” said Susan Brodeur, Director of Programs and Events at 1NService, Inc.
