He was recently promoted to Director of Talent Management for Plexus. He is viewed as a strategic Human Resources business partner with strong financial acumen and significant experience enhancing employee engagement to improve business results. He partners with business leaders to develop, implement and track progress of strategic people initiatives. Mr. Luken also serves as an effective coach and confidant to the leadership team, assisting/advising leaders in a means consistent with the Plexus Values and Leadership Competencies. Prior to Plexus, he has worked in senior positions with multiple Fortune 500 organizations like Kimberly- Clark, Automatic Data Processing and Hilton Hotels.
