The Joomla! Developer Conference (http://devcon.joomla.org)
The workshop style of the Joomla! Developer Conference will cover all aspects of Joomla! CMS and Joomla! Framework. This event is a must for developers looking to learn new techniques and technologies that will aid them in speeding up their development using the Joomla! API.
The keynote speaker, Duke Speer, Trademark Manager for Joomla!, kicks this off with his talk, Licensing the Proper Way, on available licensing options, how they apply and how to choose for your project. Following this session, developers have three tracks to choose from: Design, Extensions and Framework, which include step-by-step hands-on learning workshops. Things wrap up with a combined Bug Jam/Documentation session for all attendees that puts everything learned over the two-day period into real world practice.
Registration is open online for the Joomla! Developer Conference at http://devcon.joomla.org. Attendees should review the About page before registering and select the track for the two-days of Joomla! learning and prepare to do amazing things.
