What we do is every morning and each afternoon, ApRecs automatically reviews all recommendations and application records within that PSPs account and identifies violations. If there’s an item of concern, we tabulate it as an alert with the detailed record and what is of concern and send it in an immediate e-mail notification. Our Processor Partners have full control over their lists and alerts; they can filter and slice and dice, and sort and analyze or export right there in their ApRecs Portal. We enable our Packers to take that information, to categorize it based on their degree or their assessment, whether they acknowledge it or they wish to redirect a certain set of fruit based on the information that they’re able to determine from those reports.”
To accelerate adoption and implementation, Align will be introduced via the ApRecs Packer Café (http://packercafe.com). The Packer Café is an online discussion forum for participating Packers, Shippers and Processor (PSP). The participating PSPs, ApRecs Staff and other industry veterans submit ideas, comment on discussions and share their experiences.
