Mandenakis Withdraws All Lies Against Chairman Finance Bank Zambia Via an Apology Letter

LUSAKA, Zambia - July 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Odysseas Mandenakis, the owner of Hotellier Limited and Ody’s Works Limited has formally withdrawn all sorts of criminal allegations, which he had made against Dr Rajan Mahtani, the chairman Finance Bank Zambia.

Mr. Mandenakis has even further apologized to Rajan Mahtani for embarrassment and distress, which he has caused to the chairman of Finance Bank Zambia, his business interests, family and associates.

In a letter, Mandenakis apologized to Dr Mahtani and said that all the criminal charges that he made against him from the year 2010 are untrue and that whatever has taken place between him and Rajan Mahtani was a commercial transaction.

Odysseas Mandenakis, the owner of Radisson Blu hotel, even said that he will not make any such unfounded allegations ever against the great businessman of Zambia and his businesses.

Commenting about the issue, a person very close to the case said that there is hardly any question of damage being caused to Dr. Rajan Mahtani, his officers, associates, family members, relatives and colleagues. The businesses, which he took several years to build has undergone a lot of sufferings and their reputation was at risk. They were totally damaged locally and internationally.

The perpetrators has a strong motive to destroy the business activities, institutions, livelihoods and career opportunities of several thousand employees paying no heed to their extended families and this was all for their crookedness and selfishness.

When Dr. Rajan Mahtani, the Mahtani Group of Companies chairman was asked to comment on this matter, he said that he is a firm supporter of Christian principles and irrespective of the damage caused to him by the perpetrators, he has forgiven them all because he believes that ‘vengeance is the Lords’ and that he has experienced this personally.

Rajan Mahtani has involved Dr Mathew Ngulube, the ex-chief justice, to fix any appointment with persons who wish to discuss any sort of grievances or apologize to him; those people should call him on this number: 0211223586.

He said, “Let us put this vendetta, envy, evil thoughts and unfaithfulness aside and concentrate in walking in God’s righteousness for the benefit of God’s people being the Zambian people and indeed the Nation.”

The regret by the Hotellier Limited owner has left open people who sold their souls to fight the war they didn’t realize. Where do all these leave people such as Simaata Simaata, the lawyers as well as journalists who are publishing articles against this man in lieu of a free beer at Mandenakis’ hotel?
