Sunday Champagne Brunch at Capri by Fraser

July 8, 2014 - PRLog -- For a perfect start to Sundays, brunch enthusiasts can look forward to an endless spread of gourmet delights and sparkling glasses of bubbly and cocktails every Sunday starting 20^th July at Caprilicious, located at hotel residence Capri by Fraser, Changi City / Singapore.

Diners will be treated to a mouth-watering seafood crustacean counter filled with baby lobsters, crab claw, fresh assorted sashimi, prawns, scallops and mussels, as well as an array of delectable options from the BBQ station featuring quarter-pound Wagyu beef patty, lamb and grilled beef. The wide range of savoury selections will include a chef-in-action pasta station featuring duck rillette linguini, raviolis and tortellini, and there will also be a showcase of all-time breakfast favourites such as eggs benedict, sausages, bacons, and a healthy dose of cereals and fresh yoghurt.

Also set to thrill the hearty brunch diner is the lavish array of desserts at the chocolate indulgence section, which will be presenting options such as white and dark chocolate fondue, opera cake, dark chocolate truffle, mousse, churros and chocolate waffles. A selection of exotic tropical fruits, which include sour sop, durian pengat, longan and lychee, as well as a free flow of freshly squeezed juices and soft drinks will also be served.

The Sunday Champagne Brunch Promotion will be available every Sunday from 12.00pm till 2.30pm, starting 20^th July till the end of November, at $58.00++ per Adult and $38.00++ per Child. Diners can enjoy free flow of champagne (Laurent Perrier), house pour wines (Indomita), cocktails (Classic Mojito, Bloody Mary, Capritini, Mimosa), juices and soft drinks with the buffet spread at $108.00++ per Adult.
