Actor Nakia Dillard’s Aikan Entertainment boasts new address in larger digs

PHILADELPHIA - July 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Philadelphia actor Nakia Dillard is known primarily for his featured roles in films such as the Jamie Foxx/Gerard Butler vehicle Law Abiding Citizen; Night Catches Us (starring Anthony Mackie and Kerry Washington); and HBO’s The Wire, among others.

Most recently Dillard was featured in Skye Dennis' nominated film Myra's Angel. He also has a lead role in the short film Jesus, and his latest project, the film Last Love Lost, will premiere this coming Thursday at the Pearl Theatre.

However, Dillard’s real passion is the children’s education and entertainment agency aptly named Aikan (pronounced I-CAN) Entertainment, which provides entertainment for kids’ parties and events, as well as classes to hone the skills of thespians and artists as early as age five.

Because of its popularity, Aikan Entertainment has moved into a larger facility, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center, located at 22^nd and Cecil B. Moore, where an open house is scheduled for Monday, July 7^th at 7pm.

The event is free and open to the public.
